is it possible to create strategy based on BBH { bull bear heat map } as follows

buy: all four time frames are green in color
sell: all four time frames are red in color

Can you define the Entry, Exit conditions, I can think of hundred of them.

time frames : h1,h4 , h8, d1

buying condition: h4,h8,d1 are green in color and h1 changes its color from red to green
selling condition: h4, h8, d1 are red in color and h1 changes its color from green to red

I'm trying to tweak the time frame for each of the bars, can you explain how the parameters come into play? Also is it possible to have, say, a 3 or 4 Day time frame instead of just 1 Day or 1 Week?

Not with ease. As this time frames do not exist.
Some hard coding is required.
