RSI (x) > 50
AND
RSI(x) > Moving Average(X) of RSI

Negative Zone (Red)
RSI (x) < 50
AND
RSI(x) < Moving Average(X) of RSI

This indicator is only giving me a couple of gray bars every now and then. Can you check and see if you are getting the same results?

As far as I can see, everything is drawn according defined rules.
