TWO SR RATE STRATEGY REQUEST

HI APPRENDICE

CAN YOU CREATE A STRATEGY BASED ON THIS INDICATOR:

INDICATOR;

1. SMALL SR RATE
    SMOOTHEING 21
    PERIOD;21
    BUY LEVEL:0.2
    SELL LEVEL; 0.8

2. BIGH SR RATE
    SMOOTHENING:50
    PERIOD:50
    BUY LEVEL:0.5
    SELL LEVEL;0.5

BUY: BIG SR RATE > BUY LEVEL AND SMALL SR RATE CROSS OVER ITS BUY LEVEL
SELL: BIG SR RATE< SELL LEVEL AND SMALL SR RATE CROSS UNDER ITS SELL LEVEL
