Formulas:
AngleMA1[i] = ArcTan(tang[i])*VisualFactor, where
ArcTan - arc tangent,
tang[i] = incr[i]/Coeff,
incr[i] = MA(i)-MA(i-Coeff).
AngleMA2 is smoothed AngleMA1.
