The instance is not prepared yet.
I began to note this notice on a different indicator after the last TS update.
Probably it is a TS bug.

Does it have any bearing on how accurate this indicator is? I mean is still usable or I'll have to wait for some sort of fix - update?

As i wrote it is TS update.
The indicator works as expected.
