Ichimoku with Signal Period

1) This indicator is exactly the same code that ICH standard. But I add a function that signal the candle where the calcul of tenkan and Kijun is made. You can activate this option or not.
2) For programmer: I have correct the "bug name" for KS and TS in the code.
to install:
Don't forget to copy the .rc file in the directory of indicator.
I have correct some bug transcription in this file too. can replace ich.lua.rc if you want.
NB: the modification has made for English and French language in this file.
