please can we include the filter ON/OFF option to filter out arrows which fall inside the extremeOB/ExtremeOS values

e.g. if
extremeOB= 80
extremeOS= -80

arrows with OBOS values between -80 to zero & zero to 80 are not painted

even if i set OB/OS to 150/-150 i still see arrows
