Average Change calculated as the difference between open and close,
high and low.
The moving average is then applied to this data.

Additionally, Average Change List will calculate/create a list of average one minute change for last 10 hours.
Index 1 will represent Last hour.
Average Change List can only be applied to a one-minute time frame.
