indicator works in demo, but not in live account

Hello,

I have been modifying a custom USD Index indicator. The Marketscope 2.0 has been connected to a demo account.

1) it can be loaded into the list of functional Marketscope indicators
2) it can then be applied to Marketscope,
3) it will actually display its output

However, after logging into a real/live account, no output is displayed (step 3). This process has been tested on multiple computers with the same result--even the respective logins occur on the same computer. The indicator functions perfectly with a demo account, but not with the live trading account.

‎I would like to simultaneously open this issue up to you other developers. Have any of you experienced similar problems in indicator/oscillator development and deployment from a demo trading station to a real one? No matter what I have tried, the indicator wont function when I log on with my live account. Needless to say, I welcome any suggestions or insights. Thanks.

I have tested your indicator on the Live account, it works perfectly.
Possible reason for your problem,
you have not subscribed to one or more of the currency pairs needed to calculate the index.
