Time Schedule For Strategies

Would it be possible to create option for user defined run schedules for each/all strategies. Most strategies don't work well during slow ranging times, but work well when the market is making moves, which is normally during market hours.

There is no "centralized" schedule for the strategies, but each strategy can be written such way so it works in the specified hours only. Just include the hours to work into strategy rules, so developers can implement it for a particular strategy.
