Time shifted charts - custom open/close times?

Would it be possible to have multiple charts for the same timeframe each with a different open/close? For example a four 4 hour charts, one closing every hour, or 60 hourly charts one closing every minute and so on.

Would this be possible on this platform? for example if you wanted an 24 daily charts one closing every hour you would open the hourly chart for the pair you wanted, then apply the indicator which would have at least 2 values I can think of

24 - meaning 1 * 24 = 24 hours so its a daily chart
+1 - meaning shift the close forward 1 hour

Then it would change the chart to display a Daily chart with a close shifted 1 hour ahead
Then you open another chart of the same pair and add the indicator and give it the values 24,+2 and so on.
