MTF Strategy Template question

Hi all,

I am now tinkering with multi time frame HA strategy template, or MTF HA strategy.

I modified the template to run two time frames, although I have read some where three is best, I run two for now.

My question is: When I reverse the order of the time frames in the parameters list;
Parameters (1, "D1");
Parameters (2, "H4");
to
Parameters (1, "H4");
Parameters (2, "D1");

I get different results, back testing both.
Anyone know why this is?
