I am sure a automated strategy or expert advisor (TS Desktop or MT4) already exists for this, but I have been unable to find it here or anywhere else I look, can anyone please help?

Basically what I am looking for is an automated strategy or expert advisor (TS Desktop or MT4) that would execute a BUY entry order "X" pips above the current price, or a SELL entry order "X" pips below the current price (with adjustable stops and limits), that can be set to execute at the exact second that the user pre-selects.

This would be most useful when an economic report is due to be released, and you can set this AS/EA to operate a few seconds before the release.

Can anyone recall something like this, and direct me to where I can find it? I would appreciate any help at all! Thanks in advance for your help!
