Conditionally closing a pending entry order
Posted: Mon Jul 02, 2018 11:25 pmGday folks ive been experimenting with a variety of different stop methods for a trade that has already been entered (eg. trailing stops, candle high/lows, fixed stops, etc) however after reading the sdk instructions top to bottom i cannot figure out how to do set an entry order that will be triggered if market reaches it, but more importantly - if the market goes in the opposite direction to the entry order BEFORE its hit by 'x' amount of pips or if a certain cancel condition is met, then that entry order is to be cancelled before ever having entered the market. Would greatly appreciate any advice in this instance as everything i've seen with reference to closing/cancelling an order either closes a pre-existing order or creates a new order in the opposing direction.
