The
Img button works for images posted to hosting sites in my case screencast.com. Another example would be imageshack.com there are countless others.
But for some reason on this forum only the LHS of the image presents.

Upload Attachment facility at the bottom of the POST NEW TOPIC page. Below is the process used to err...place these screenshots:
- Upload attachment > Browse > Select Add the File
- File Upload
- Add the file
- Populate the File Comment
- Place Inline
- View Preview
When you Place inline the image is placed using a certain syntax as shown below.

I edited them to place the images in the order that I wanted:
