Downloading .bin files

I am unable to open the new bin formatted files. Using Windows XP with all update patches and attempted using Windows to find a method to open/read the files without success and tried using Adobe Reader without success. Any suggestions??? Thanks!!!

You should be able to Download it.
Load it in MarketScope.
But not to read its contents.

You can load indicators/strategies in bin format in Marketscope in the same way as indicators/strategies in lua format:
Alerts and Trading Automation menu -> Import Indicators -> Load.
Alerts and Trading Automation menu -> Import Strategies and Alerts -> Load.
