strategy capabilities???

is it possible to create a trade managment only strategy? i have a EA for mt4 that only moves stops to alocated prices and also the ability to take partial profit at alocated "target" prices.

Sure. the simplest example of such strategy can be found here:

This strategy trails stop order using MVA value.

In fact strategy can see anything you can see in TS and can do almost anything (except OCO orders in the current version) you can do in TS. So, I think it's not a problem do develop any trade management strategy for Marketscope.
