Tab Open Order Profit showing as (Loss)

I am today using the MicroLot version, and find that while my open order is in profit the tab at the top is showing the balance in Parenthesis (which means Negative or Loss).

Secondly, I logged in to the account earlier thru my IPhone app, and saw that I had a Sell Order on EUR USD for 10k position, and a 50 pip profit, and a $500 dollar profit. This means that the IPhone app is not computing Microlot accounts properly, because once I logged in through my Microlot desktop program, the Profit was actually only $50.

Which application do you mean? If you mean FXCM's Iphone application, please contact FXCM support service. This application is not developed by our company and we just cannot provide any support or recommendations about this application. To tell truth I don't have even imagine who and how has developed this application.
