a indicator use multi time frame data

Hello everyone.
On MT4 ,it is possible run indicator on m15 chart but the indicator collect data from H1 chart ?
i am new user on mt4 before i use TS2. ts2 is easy to setup this indicator .

I believe, on MT4 indicator should be written to support this functionality.
