Install indicator to MT4

Hi Folks,

There are numerous instruction sets for installing indicators to TS2 but I find none for installing further indicators to MT4 - (please note I'm fully aware that the two packages require different languages!).

I'm after the MT4 "Trend Bar" indicator as is shown in the attachment (and instruction as to how to incorporate it correctly into the MetaTrader strucuture...

... or alternatively a similar indicator for the TS2 package.
