Program a system

I am looking for a programmer who will program me a system that will place an order and two order in expectation (By limit or Sell limit) so that if the stop loss of the first order is touch that the first By limit or sell limit triggers at the same time and then as soon as the stop loss of the first By limit or Sell limit is hit that the second By limit or Sell limit is triggered at the same time and if each Teke profit is touch that the orders in expectation is canceled .
