A robot that opens order - 10 pip movement

I am new here. I need to know if this is possible:
A robot that can open an order when the price of an asset or currency pair moves 20 pips higher or lower. The idea is to scalp, but I need the orders to open only after a pair moves 20 pips higher for buy order and 20 pips lower for sell order. Then it should close at 10 pips. This sounds foolish, but I have my reasons for this kind of indicator.
Also, I understand that it is a scalping indicator so the platform I use must accept scalping. My current broker does not, so I am thinking of switching to Tenkofx or Forexchief, still deciding. First I need to know if this is possible to get such as EA.
