New Scalping Indicator MT4

I want to know if you can develop an indicator for me. For MT4.

I got the idea from this video:

Using two basic Indicators with default settings
• Bollinger Bands
• Stochastic Oscillator

SELL TRADE
Condition 1 - Need one candle to close outside the Bollinger band and the next candle to open inside the Bollinger band
Condition 2 - On the Stochastic indicator the Blue line (solid) should be under the Red line (dotted)
Condition 3 - If the following candle still inside the Bollinger band, display a Down Arrow

BUY TRADE
Condition 1 - Need one candle to close outside the Bollinger band and the next candle to open inside the Bollinger band
Condition 2 - On the Stochastic indicator the Blue line (solid) should be over the Red line (dotted)
Condition 3 - If the following candle still inside the Bollinger band, display an Up Arrow
