Demarker RSI EA for MT4

Hello, I was wondering if you could build an MT4 EA strategy based off of RSI with Demarker Oscillator confirmation.

Long when RSI is above 30, Demarker confirms above 0.3
Long when RSI is above 50, Demarker confirms above 0.5

Short when RSI is below 70, Demarker confirms below 0.7
Short when RSI is below 50, Demarker confirms below 0.5

Exit when new signal appears
