MA Slope indication by color

I have a Metatrader MA ( Exponential, Simple or Linear weighted) indicator that changes color according to a pre-selected level of SLOPE (pips per candle, pips per minute etc)

Can this be implemented in Maketscope?

I have the Metatrader ex4 file only, not an mt4.

I can supply more details on request.

The current color changing MA slope indicator has the following options

MA PERIOD
number from 1 to 200

MA TYPE
1 Simple
2 Exponential
3 Linear weighted

PRICE TYPE
1 Close
2 Open
3 High
4 Low

SLOPE
number from 1 to 5

BARS
number from 1 to 5

LINE COLOR
Down color
Up color
Flat color
-------------------------------------------
Typical settings are:
Period 12
Type Exponential
Price Close
Slope 2
Bars 1
Up Green
Down Red
Flat Gray
--------------------------------------------
Note: it would be preferable if the SLOPE could be a decimal: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3...
and (desirable not necessary) BARS was in minutes: 1,2,3...

Or the best option; if the SLOPE could be specified as a SINGLE NUMBER from 1 to 10...
1 = 1pip/1minute 10 = 10pips/minute etc.
