Thanks for that

btw do you know if there are any plans in the future, say on the next release of FX trading station to have EA functions like MT4?

Yes, it will. In the next release the indicators and signals will surely get an ability to access to the trading data and, probably (we will do all our best to be ready to this release), an ability to execute the basic trading commands such as sell, buy, entry and stop/limit. This release is expected in middle or end of this summer. In any case the trading will be completely supported in the release after the next release (by the end of this year).

Will the next version allow to default set the lot size, stop & limit when trading from within marketscope?

And is there a work around to do this with the current version?

Hm... This feature was never requested and is not support nor in Marketscope nor in TS. I'll discuss this feature with the business to decide whether it can be included into the development plan.

After you have placed an order in marketscope, if you then set your stop loss & limit having already entered the trade and placed the order it will give your risk level in £'s etc before placing your limits.

Will the new version of marketscope give your risk levels in £'s etc before you enter a trade and place the order?

At the moment it only allows you to see it pips.

Not in the next version, but could be included into the further versions.

Will the next version of marketscope/FX trader give a market depth facility?

It's the not true place to ask. :-) It does not depend on the Marketscope or Trading Station, but solely on the retailer policy. As far as I know, the market depth is available for those who has $50K+ on their account or makes traders for $10M per month (http://www.fxcm.com/active-trader.jsp). So, I think, even if the TS will be available for AT connections, this rule will remain in power.
