Coding conversion request

Is it possible to convert this very useful indicator from MT4 to Marketscope. what it basically does is show the last 2-bar high/low of given period on th eother timneframes. e.g. for the hourly it will show the highest price of the last 2 bars and the lowest price of the last 2 bars on all of the other timeframes.http://cdn.forexfactory.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=424055&d=1266815753
