an other MA strategies

Hi this is my frist request,

I would like a A trading strateg that works like this.

(0pen)buy =
when slow MA crosses over fast MA on the the 5 min chart, and the fast MA is over the slow MA on the 1 hour chart.
(0pen)Sell =
the reverse of above when slow MAcrosses under the fast MA on the 5 min chart, and the fast MA is under the slow MA on the 1hour.

(close)buy =
when the slow MA crosses under the fast MA on the 5 minchart.
(close)sell =
When the slow MA crosses over the fast MA on the 5 min chart.

It all so must have the following setings:
trading sesson time 0:00 -23:59,
set max nuber of opened trades 1to 99,
open more then 1 trade (yes/no),
set MA periods 1- 999 for all 4 of them,
set to micro (yes/no),
number if lots to open 1- 99,
max number of trade to excute per sesson, 1 - 99,
stoploss (yes,no),
stoploss 1-999, in pips
tackprofit (yes/no)
tackprofit 1- 999, in pips
trailing stop (yes,no)
trailing stop 1- 999, in pips,
set moving averages to EMA, MA and all the others,


If it helps I can look agane to see if I can find my old EA that was set up to trade this on MT4.
