X=Numeric Variable: variable User Parameter.
MM=MVA.

A point situated below the LOW.
This point is situated at a distance of HIGH or LOW +/-There % of the RANGE.
Example: HIGH + (RANGE x Y %)
Example: LOW - (RANGE x Y %)
