Coppock Indicator

Hi All,
I would like to sugest a new and simple indicator to MarketScope.
It is the Coppock Indicator.
The indicator was first designed for use on a monthly time scale. It's the sum of a 14-month rate of change and 11-month rate of change, smoothed by a 10-period weighted moving average, but it can be use for smaller time frames. Coppock = WMA[period] of (ROC[fast period] + ROC[slow period])

Suggested parameters are (for a 1 hour chart): 20 for WMA period, 7 for fast and 3 for slow
