Can we have a signal which alerts when the RSI reaches 70%/Overbought or 30%/Oversold

There is RSI signal in the standard Marketscope signals. It is called "RSI signals".

As I understand it the present RSI, gives BUY & SELL signals.

I am hoping for an RSI which gives and Overbought signal once it touches or crosses the 70% line and an Oversold once it touches or crosses the 30% line. The existing RSI signal alerts as it is leaving the overbought and oversold areas i.e. BUY or SELL signals, whereas the signal I am looking for would alert hopefully immediately it enters or touches upon the 30 and 70% lines.

Is it possible to have such a signal with this subtle difference?
