DeMark Sequential signal

Could you please develop a DeMark sequential signal that can be activated when any of the numbers 1 to 9 or even 13 appears on the sequential indicator

The request was for a DeMark sequential SIGNAL not for the INDICATOR!. There's a differnce btw the two.
