MACD 70 line cross signal request

I would like to ask if anyone could make a signal where if the MACD crosses the 70 line you get an alarm or alert. I would like that in the 30 min time frame but if able to adjust times great. Thank you!

Which of lines of MACD do you mean? It would be great if you put here a snapshot of the chart with MACD applied and labels at the points where signal must appear.
