Stochastic 70 line cross signal request

Hello! I am requesting for a signal to let you know when the stochastic crosses the 70 line for 30 min time frame and stochastic set at 15, 5, 5. If possible to do all time frames that would be great. Thanks!

The standard stochastic signal allows to set the stochastic parameters, the oversold/overbought levels and the time frame:
