Moving Average with specific setting

this is Fiona, I am requesting a indicator that 10MA (which apply to "OPEN") and 10MA (which apply to "Close") . [Just like what I attached (sorry I dun get the .MQ4)

I just want to note that for FXCM the open price is equal to the close price of the previous period, so, the strategy on the base of crossing open and close MA's of the same period can work not as it is expected.
