Request for USD breakout indicator

Hi,

I'm trying a simple system suggested in
http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=103682

Could I please have an indicator developed to suit the system above? I think all it needs is just a vertical line drawn in the middle of 7AM (1 hour before US open) candle and 9AM (1 hour after the US open) candle. And then horizontal lines on the highest price and the lowest price during those time period.. The result is you'll have a box that defines highest and lowest price during those time period..
