Can we have an indicator that would draw an MA of the last 3 daily pivots?

Just apply MVA on PIVOT point?
3 days is 72 hours on a hour chart. Just create a PIVOT, choose mode as "historical" and turn off all S/R lines. Then apply MVA(72) and choose PIVOT as a source on the "Source" tab of the indicator properties. Voila.
