bollinger, sar signal

Hello I would like to know if you can develop for me the follwing signal for marketplace....

I woud like for marketplace to signal when the following indicators are met in concet:

AN EMA CROSS OF PERIODS 5 AND 10 ( with the ability to adjust ema periods)
SAR INDICATORS
A CADLESTICK CLOSING ABOVE OR BELOW THE 20 PERIOD BOLLINGER line

I would like for the signal to signal "long" when the Ema 5 and 10 period crosses upward, the SAR indicates an uptrend and the candlestick closes above the 20 period bollinger line

I would like for the signal to signal "short when the EMA 5 AND 10 period crosses downward, the SAR indicates a downtrend and the candlestick closes below the 20 period bollinger line.

In addition i would like for signal to work for all timeframes available and be able to play a sound when the signal hits.

Can this be done...... Thank you in advace
