RSI candling

hello,
i would like the following indicator if it is not to much trouble

step 1:
calculate RSI values for open
calculate RSI values for high
calculate RSI values for low
calculate RSI values for close

step 2

using calculated RSI value for open, solve for open(manipulate the standard RSI equation to solve for open)
using calculated RSI value for high, solve for high(manipulate the standard RSI equation to solve for high)
using calculated RSI value for low, solve for low(manipulate the standard RSI equation to solve for low)
using calculated RSI value for close, solve for close(manipulate the standard RSI equation to solve for close)

Step 3

construct a candle from the four values obtained in step 2 and print the candle on the price chart. differentiate the color of the rsi candle based on up or down.
