New Indicator Request

Hi,

I would like to request a new indicator.
Basically it is a support and resistance indicator that is designed only for the 4hr and greater timeframes. If you are familiar with the SUB/DEM indicator it is similar. It highlights significant highs and lows with a band of color horozontally from the wick to the body of the candle. The trade would be activated when the price retraces to exactly half way into the colored band and at which point the color would change and would signal entry into the trade.

I have been unsuccessful in uploading the images. please advise on how i should go about this.
i went to upload attachment, browse, selected image and then add the file but nothing happens.
