Please program a signal to show status of three conditions as per Courtney D. Smith Conqueror method in "How to make a living Trading Foreign Exchange",
1. Last Close>10 day moving average of close (10DMAc)
2. Today's 10DMAc >10DMAc of 10 days ago
3. Last Close > Close 40 days ago
these could be 1 for true and -1 for false and added or could be red/green lines for each condition.

Go long with three positive, go short with three negative. Tighten stops when drops to two.
Three positive - buy entry, 2 positive tighten stops if open, 2 negative tighten stops if open, 3 negative sell entry.
Three positive - buy entry, 2 positive tighten stops if open, 2 negative tighten stops if open, 3 negative sell entry.
