Hello,

Is it possible to have an automated trading tool that simply buys and sells when LWMA (linear weight moving average) crosses TMA (triangular moving average)?
So when LWMA crosses above TMA it buys 1 lot and when it crosses below TMA it sells 2 lots and does so until it reaches any given amount of pips, fx. 20 pips.

Is it even possible to do something like this? The strategy itself seems simple enough, but having it stop when it reaches a given number of pips in profit, I've never seen such a strategy.

As far as I know, you can set a time for it to stop trading, but I'm not certain if a given number of pips or a dollar amount, for that matter, could be a criteria.

I'm very curious to know.
