request for parallel mva lines strategy

the strategy uses two parallel moving average lines,one is low mva, one is high mva.if current price is up the high mva,then buy 0.1 hand;if current price is down the low mva,then stop loss and sell 0.1 hand.the mva's parameter is 25.(certainly this parameter can be changed.)

for i have no the ability of programing,hoping you can help me.i need the strategy becoming an automatic program(EA).

Trading rule :

1.Buying 0.1 hand(or 0.01 minihand):when current price is up the 25 high mva.

If current price is still up the 25 high mva,keep holding your buying position.
If the price is down the 25 low mva,then close your buying position.(stop loss) and open a selling position at the same time.

2.Selling 0.1 hand(or 0.01 minihand):when current price is down the 25 low mva.

If the price is still down the 25 low mva ,keep holding your selling position.
If the price is up the 25 high mva,then close your selling position.(stop loss) and open a buying position at the same time.

This is a trading system which always staying in market.
