EMA strategies needed

Anyone able to help create this strategies, as per following

EMA 89, high
EMA 89, Low
EMA 144, high
EMA 144, Low,

EUR/USD 30min chart

buy when EMA 89, high cross the EMA 144, high, and EMA 89, Low, cross the EMA 144 Low(both line must cross then meet the requirement)

Sell vice verus.
