Close above or below EMA and have a MACD cross within a few

I am looking for a signal alert that will pop up or email me a message when a candle on a selected time frame close above chosen EMA's preferable 2 or 3 EMA's ( say 7, 17 and 27) and the Macd has crossed with in a set amount of candles which you can change. giving you a buy alert
and the opposite for a sell alert with a candle closing below the EMA's

The candle must be croossing the EMSs it cant be above and stay above and give an alert for each candle
