Ichimoku crossover request

Postby odinhill » Wed Dec 15, 2010 12:44 pm

I would like to request a signal for when the Tenkan line (9 per) crosses the Kijun line (26) per
as this is the most commonly used feature of this indicator

however since the lines often remain "stuck" together for multiple periods due to the calculattion, perhaps the signal could have two phases: one beep for when 9=26 as this is often a good entry, and two beeps if 9>26 (long) or 9<26 short.

thank you

please ensure that the beeps/signal occur as soon as conditions are met (per tick) but allow that to occur on chosen time frame

for example, the instant the "crossover" occurs on say the 4hr time frame (chosen by user) the beep is signaled, not after the candle closes (which is often way too late)

that way a user could monitor crossovers in multiple time frames but wouldn't have to wait for a delayed signal

thank you
you guys are awesome
