Custom Strategy with CCI (14)

Hi,

I am Looking for a new strategy to work with CCI , no of periods- 14. Buy @ CCI value is between -90 and -100. Sell @ CCI value is between 90 and 100. TP - 30 and SL - 40. Please help me.
