Multiple Indicators in One

Let us name it Multiple Indicators in One.
Capability:- To Include 5 To 10 Indicators. Use Or Not Should be user choice. Should not repaint. Should work on tick and 1min, 5-min and other
time frames.
Output :- Arrow, Up Or Down.
Time Range:- If crossover or value levels/ range occurances happen within 5 To 10 seconds of first indicator for one direction, or time to be user
Defined.
Indicators required:- 1. SFX_TOR - YELLOW & RED CROSSOVER.
2. THREE MA CROSS.. QUALITY - EMA,SMA,ZERO LAG EMA.
3. CROSS ALERTS, MACD, RSI, STOCHASTIC.
4. PDI.
For example: This indicator should contain a list of many includable indicators.
Like we select 6-7 indicators, it should indicate an arrow when ALL the following conditions meet within the user specified time period:
1. Yellow line of SFX_TOR crosses above Red Line.
2. Three MA Cross begins to get Green OR RED
3. MACD Crosses above or below given value, like 0.000
4. RSI Crosses the given levels
5. Stochastic crosses the given levels.
6. Price difference between the last 5-10 seconds or user defined interval is more than or less than given value.
7.If the EMA or MA is crossed several times up and down within a given interval, no signal should come.
