RSI Alert

Can you create an alert …that tells me when RSI’s highs are closing at a lower high (vice versa with Low’s) in the opposite direction of the price action. For example, Euro-USD just made an upward trending higher high yet the RSI indicator just made a lower high…thus alerting us of a possible divergence with the currency pair. I apologize if this already exists, as I have not been able to find this alert.
