MA Cross request

Request the following strategy that has the following in addition to the standard user-selectable parameters if doable;

user-selectable sell on bid, ask

user-selectable buy on ask, bid

user-selectable pip range that price must be within when MA crosses, i.e., 0= price touches MA cross exactly at MA cross, 5= price within 5 pips at cross, etc.

can trigger from different chart time-frame(s) or chart that strategy is entered on

RSI,MACD, etc. levels that can be selected by user that must also be true for strategy to trigger, based on either chart time-frame selected by user

ability to set time period that strategy will apply to, i.e., 8:00 - 12:00, Tokyo session, all, etc.

order time-out, if price runs away then strategy will not trigger after a retrace back to the original price, i.e., 30 seconds, 5 minutes, etc.

price level condition range at which trade can be entered, i.e. exact price, bar close, next bar open, etc.

user-definable fullest possible range of entry/exit order types available
